Job Description:

In-home sales position with access to warm leads. You will contact homeowners that have requested information on mortgage protection and schedule an in-home appointment with them. You will educate homeowners about the types of mortgage protection plans they are eligible for and help them choose a plan that fits their goals and budget. There will be no cold calling.

Our Lead Generation System:

We mail letters to homeowners who have recently refinanced or purchased a new home. Those who are interested in using a life insurance policy to help their family pay off or pay down the mortgage respond to us by mail or through the Internet. You will contact those homeowners that have requested information on mortgage protection and have provided us with their phone numbers.

Commissions:

Average commission on the mortgage protection products is per sale. In addition to mortgage protection through term and whole life products, we also focus on a selection of premium financial products to help people save for retirement or protect their retirement accounts (e.g., old 401k's and IRA's) from losing money in the market. These products have very high commissions and can double your income.

Training and Support:

Hot spot training, discounted study course for state life insurance exam, mentorship program, weekly conference calls, on-line training resources, regional and national training events, strategic consultation prior to appointments, support via phone while you are in the home, debriefing with mentor after each appointment
